This Refund Policy explains the rules for requesting a refund when purchasing a Human Design chart report from life-chart.art.
1. Digital Products
All purchases on life-chart.art are for digital products (Human Design chart interpretations) delivered via email. Because these are intangible goods, refunds are strictly limited.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund only within 1 hour of your purchase. After this time period, all sales are final and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to info@life-chart.art within 1 hour of purchase.
- Use the same email address you used for the purchase.
- Include your PayPal payment confirmation or transaction ID.
4. Refund Processing
If your request is eligible, the refund will be issued through PayPal to the original payment method. Please allow standard PayPal processing times for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
We cannot issue refunds if:
- The 1-hour refund window has expired.
- The report was successfully delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
