These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of life-chart.art (the “Site”) and our services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Service Description
We provide an online Human Design chart calculator and offer a digital report (electronic interpretation) delivered via email after payment.
2. Accounts and Email
- You may register or use the Site with your email address.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your email and for promptly checking your inbox (and spam folder) to receive the report.
3. Payments
- Payments are processed via PayPal through a payment link. By paying, you agree to PayPal’s applicable terms and policies.
- Prices are stated in the checkout flow. Any taxes, duties, or fees (if applicable) are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
4. Delivery of Digital Content
- The report is delivered electronically to the email you provide. Delivery is deemed completed when the email is sent from our system.
- If you do not receive the email, contact us at info@life-chart.art and we will re-send the report to the same or an alternative email you control.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are available only within 1 hour after the purchase time. After 1 hour, all sales are final.
- To request a refund within the 1-hour window, email info@life-chart.art from the address used for purchase and include your payment proof.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Site (for example: interfere with it, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or try to reverse engineer our calculator).
- No automated scraping, bulk downloading, or use of the Site in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property & License to Reports
- All Site content and the digital reports are protected by intellectual property laws.
- When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use it for your private, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or sell our content or reports without our prior written permission.
8. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data we collect and how we use cookies (technical cookies and Google Analytics).
9. No Professional Advice
Human Design materials and reports are provided for informational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
10. Third-Party Services
- We use third-party services such as PayPal (payments) and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The Site and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Site or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Hong Kong for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
